RYLA Camp Presentation - 2008

 

Hayley Hoth and Amanda Brenneke attended the

Rotary Youth Leadership Academy Camp

on June 22-25, 2008 and reported on their

experiences at the Breakfast Rotary meeting on Oct 1.

At left, Hayley and Amanda are narrating a video of

the activities at the camp.

The RYLA Camp was held at William Woods University in Fulton, Missouri.

 

 

 

Hayley Hoth, left, is a junior at Helias High School who plans to attend Truman State University and major in education. Amanda Brenneke, right, is a sophomore at Jefferson City High School.  Amamda hopes to attend either UMKC or St Louis University to study Pharmacology.

Asked what lasting impression they brought home from RYLA camp, Amanda recalled the great people she met and the fun that they had.  Hayley's lasting impression was the importance of service in all aspects of life.
